Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice of cancellation, editing or rescheduling is required. Freely cancel, edit or reschedule any appointment up to 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time through gloss genius or by contacting the salon. Upon a 48-hour or less cancellation or editing of scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the service you are scheduled to receive will be charged to your card on file. If you no call or no show your scheduled appointment, a 100% fee will be charged to your card on file.
